Our core strength, speed and quickness classes are designed to use various tools that most people do not even think about to enhance workouts and give players functional strength, not big bulky muscles. It is crucial to the success of baseball and softball players that they have the strength, speed, and quickness, but it is just as important that they maintain functional movement and flexibility.
--We offer a core strength, speed, and agility class that is specific to baseball. Having said that we have many guys who take this class that also play other sports.
